Tax Jockey was opened in 1987 by Gene Bresnahan, a former jockey who spent the first part of his life racing horses. In 2015 he sold his tax practice. Now he spends his time helping people make their best choices for retirement through financial planning.
My main focus is helping people prepare for retirement and create an income for life.
When I was 21, I quit my job at New England Life, jumped the fence at Suffolk Downs and told the trainers I wanted to be a jockey. The only problem was I had never ridden a horse.
